How project inquiry information is handled.
This notice applies to information submitted through the NUOSEN website inquiry form. It explains what is collected and how it is used to review and respond to a potential cabinetry project.
Information we collect
We collect the contact, company and project information you choose to submit, including your name, company, work email, WhatsApp number, country, project type, project stage, project notes and any drawing or BOQ link you provide.
How we use it
We use this information to assess the inquiry, respond to you, understand the requested cabinetry scope and maintain an internal record of the business conversation. We do not sell submitted project information.
Storage and service providers
Inquiry records may be stored using Cloudflare services and sent to NUOSEN through an email delivery provider. These providers process information only to operate the website, store the inquiry and deliver the notification.
Retention and removal
We keep inquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records or meet applicable legal requirements. You may ask us to correct or remove your inquiry information.
